New Year’s Eve at Circa.Great atmosphere; piano background for conversation.Dinner service was superb. Promptly seated, drinks were as ordered and excellent.Courses arrived in perfect timing and presentations were imaginative and tasty.The vibe is as good as any big city restaurant; Chicago would be envious.This place sets the bar in Wilmington.
