The Challenge

Digital Marketing for senior living communities comes with unique challenges. There needs to be an understanding life events and processes that lead up looking into finding the right senior living community.

  • Finding quality web traffic that brings quality visitors that are actually interested in scheduling tours and signing up for news

  • Cambridge had great overall traffic, but the bounce rate was because they had too many visitors coming to the site and not finding the information they were looking for, causing a negative impact on their rank in organic search.

  • To remain relevant in a competitive market and meet occupancy goals
  • Adult children and potential residents are doing more research online, with more senior living communities opening they needed to get better digital marketing tactics to maintain competitiveness

The Solution

DesignLoud encompassed all digital marketing tactics including keyword research, content creation, website enhancements, technical improvements, and launching of new pay-per-click campaigns. The goal was to help Cambridge become more visible online to its target demographic and improve user experience so that they would get more conversions.

In the spring of 2019 Cambridge Village opened up 3 Fitness facilities with an additional assisted living location called Cambridge Village at Brier Creek. Each location needed a website that really engaged visitors and encouraged them to request more information and schedule a tour. We came up with a design that would create an inviting feeling, offer a user-friendly layout, and SEO optimized content targeted to their audience. 

Cambridge Village continues to see improvement in search engine rankings and increased traffic from highly qualified prospects and leads. By Incorporating digital marketing practices such as content blogging, search engine optimization, social media ads and pay per click advertising.

The Results

Cambridge Village is ranking on the top of the first page of search engines for each keyword we're targeting.  They continue to do events and promotions throughout the year that has allowed us to double their marketing list each month.  Organic search (traffic from search engines - SEO) continues to be there #1 source of traffic which could eradicate the need to pay for online advertising.  However, Cambridge Village understands the importance of real estate on the search and social networks and that is why they continue to do online advertising. Our efforts in working together have generated approximately $700,000 to their business in 10 months and have helped the company capture an exceptional amount of local market share in a short amount of time.
