When we were approached for the potential to work with la Belle vie, Dr. Jeff Church was about to leave a local practice that had a lot of visibility and recognition. Due to various reasons, Dr. Church was looking to branch out on his own and start a new practice in Wilmington, NC that offered a different level of care and overall experience for his patients. Our team had to develop a strategy that would accelerate their visibility locally, grow brand awareness around Dr. Church leaving the other practice and possibly more important, they wanted to open the doors to with a list of consultations and start growing immediately. We had very specific deliverables and KPI's to reach during our benchmarks.

Dr. Jeff Church had been working for another practice in Wilmington, NC. Due to various reasons, Dr. Church decided he wanted to step away from that practice to start his own plastic surgery center named "la Belle vie". The previous practice had substantial market share locally and Dr. Church was concerned that a lot of his patients would continue to go to his previous employer searching for him, only to be led to another Doctor at his previous employer.
The main challenge with this project was that we had to assist in launching a completely new business, have this business ranking well, especially against the search terms including "Dr. Jeff Church" and for common search terms like "Plastic Surgery Wilmington, NC", etc. Finally, we wanted to make sure that the new practice opened with a list of consultations already lined up and increase their brand awareness locally to let new and past patients know about la Belle vie Plastic Surgery.
First, we needed to create a brand that captured the personality of the company and its S.C.R.I.P.T. philosophy. When the practice was open and ready to start receiving patients, we knew they would want some materials that they could hand out that helped educate their clients on the values and mission of la Belle vie. DesignLoud needed to craft a 12-month digital marketing plan that complimented the custom-designed website and additional marketing efforts.

DesignLoud helped la Belle vie personify their brand by asking a series of questions that helped our team understand what they wanted their patients to feel and remember about their company. Our designers sent a series of design concepts and la Belle vie and once the concept was approved, we proceeded to create the branding materials such as rack cards, business cards, appointment cards and more.
Once we had the initial concept of the brand and personality, our team went to work with creating a custom website design that implemented a user flow which guided users down a path towards filling out a consultation form, signing up for the newsletter or calling the practice. When the design was approved, we developed the website using SEO techniques within the development stage and set up goals and conversion tracking so we could accurately report on ROI for the business.
We began running marketing campaigns on social media before the practice opened with the goal of generating RSVP's to the grand opening. When the website launched, our team set up and maintained a full digital marketing strategy that utilized SEO, Google ads, email marketing and retargeting. We continue to meet with la Belle vie several times a month to review ROI, goals, strategy and pivot if necessary.
la Belle vie is ranking on the top of the first page of search engines for each keyword we're targeting. They continue to do events and promotions throughout the year that has allowed us to double their marketing list each month. Organic search (traffic from search engines - SEO) continues to be there #1 source of traffic which could eradicate the need to pay for online advertising. However, la Belle vie understand the importance of real estate on the search and social networks and that is why they continue to do online advertising. Our efforts in working together have generated approximately $700,000 to their business in 10 months and have helped the company capture an exceptional amount of local market share in a short amount of time.
