Q: How will I know if I like my website?

During our design & development stage, you are presented with options that align with your business goals and branding. During this stage you receive 2 rounds of revisions. These revisions can be as many as you like, we just ask that each round will come to us in one document in order to keep things organized.

Q: What platforms can you create websites on?

We certainly love WordPress and have been developing on WordPress for over 10 years. We also have developed several websites on Shopify, Squarespace and Bigcommerce.

Q: What if I have more changes I'd like to make to my website?

If we're in the building stages of your website, you get two rounds of changes included in your scope of work. If you need any changes outside of those two rounds, we can provide you with a change of scope and an estimate if it falls outside of the scope of our project.

Q: Can you also host my website?

We can certainly host your website. Our hosting is a managed service which means it's completely hands-off for you. If anything ever goes on with your hosting or your website, you call us directly instead of waiting on chat support for hours talking with someone who doesn't know you or your website.

Q: Do you offer any marketing services for my website?

Absolutely, we specialize in digital marketing such as Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click and Social Media Marketing. Contact us for more information on any of these services.

Q: Can I add other pages or posts to my website myself?

Yes, we provide you with training videos and we want you to be able to make and changes (aesthetic or otherwise) yourself so you don't have to rely on a web developer to make changes for you.

Q: What if I don't like your designs?

No problem, we include two rounds of revisions which will ensure we create something in your vision. By the time your website is in the design phase, we should know what styles and websites you like. We will meet with you to find out what about our design you like and don't like and we would go back to the drawing board until we create something you're in love with.

Onboarding & Research

It all starts with completing our onboarding form so we can better understand your business and your goals. Then we're able to research your digital footprint, your target audience, and your competitors to identify opportunities. We engineer a plan that helps our team identify how we will reach your goals with your site.

Design & Development

Our team develops your sitemap, content structure and user flow. With the information and samples we've collected to this point, our designers provide you with graphic mockups for your review. Once approved our team develops the website, implements any additional changes and provides you with training videos.

User Testing & Site Launch

Prior to launching, your website goes through a series of tests for any bugs, issues and potential user blockers. We test for TV, desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile. Following the plan we put in place we monitor and measure your website to make sure it's performing for you and we continue to support you.

How long will it take to build my website?

Generally, websites where we are not creating a design for (IE templates or designs you had done elsewhere) can be completed within 30 days. If we're also doing the design for you, it could be 60 - 90 days.

The biggest thing to influence this timeline is how quickly we're able to collect feedback and approvals from you.

If you're on a time crunch, we can certainly accommodate that and you can notify our project manager at the start of your project.
